Terms and Conditions & Refund Policy

 

Overview

 

1. All tickets are sold as 1-day pass (valid for one day only) and may be exchanged/redeemed for either show date (October 27th, or 28th, or 29th).
2. Valid for one person unless stated otherwise.
3. Free entry for children aged below 10 (must be supervised by at least one adult)
4. No selling, peddling, soliciting or canvassing on the show floor, except for official exhibitors and sponsors of IAM Kuala Lumpur 2023.
5. Visitors are fully responsible for their personal safety and belongings. Please take necessary care and precaution during your visit.
6. Visitors are not allowed to touch, lean, open, and/or enter any participating vehicles in the exhibition, unless permitted to do so by
   the respective owner of the said vehicles.
7. Illustrations shown are for representation only.
8. Ticket is not transferable to other party or exchangeable for cash.
9. No refund and no cancellation once ticket is issued.
10. Visitor must bring proof of purchase on their own. No entry ticket will be exchanged/issued without proof of purchase.
11. The show organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
